Xanthe is a Queensland solicitor admitted in 2025, with experience in the criminal and Children's Courts, court registries, and Victim Assist Queensland.
Xanthe joined Gilshenan & Luton in 2026. She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 2025 while working as an Associate to a District Court Judge.
In that role she gained experience primarily in the criminal and Childrens Court jurisdictions, including sentences, trials and pre-trial applications. Prior to her admission, she worked in Queensland Court Registries and at Victim Assist Queensland, engaging with the procedural and administrative practices that underpin the justice system.
