Ben is a lawyer at Gilshenan & Luton with a strong interest in advocacy and employment law, and experience in industrial relations and workplace disputes.
Ben joined Gilshenan & Luton in 2025. He has an interest in everything advocacy, with a liking for employment law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ben was an associate at the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, where he assisted with a wide variety of matters including anti-discrimination claims, general protections claims, unpaid wages claims, public service appeals, unfair dismissals and workers' compensation claims. He also has experience as a paralegal and clerk in a specialist employment law firm and in the employment team of a large law firm.
