Kristian is an Associate at Gilshenan & Luton with experience across criminal law, domestic violence and family law, appearing in courts throughout Queensland.
Kristian joined Gilshenan & Luton in 2026. He began his legal career with a boutique private defence firm on the Gold Coast following his admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2019, practising as a solicitor from 2021.
He has worked predominantly in criminal law, domestic violence and family law. While he has a particular interest in criminal law, he has developed a broad and adaptable skillset, and has appeared in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of Queensland as well as the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Kristian is acutely aware of the significant personal impact criminal proceedings can have on individuals, and is committed to helping clients navigate the criminal justice system with clarity, care and confidence.
